We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase at the Woodward Gallery Store. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you must contact us by email: Art@WoodwardGallery.net to request a return within (7) days of receiving the item.
We will provide the authorization form by email that you must include to return the item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and returned to sender. Round trip shipping fees will not be credited.
Items returned are to be in the same, new condition as when they were sold and shipped or this guarantee is void. In order for any refund to be given, the item being returned must not show any signs of being worn or used.
All returns should be shipped with sufficient packaging, postage and insurance for the buyer's protection.
